Feedback:

These people are a bunch of scam artist. Moved out after living in the townhouses for 3 years. I requested after 2 years the carpet be replaced since it was coming apart at the seams and they told me it wasn’t something they did while someone was living there. Moved out and got charged $1000 for carpet replacement! This is after I had already replaced the upstairs carpet myself! Everything was falling apart. I had to call multiple times for maintenance for things that should not of gone wrong. Filing against BBB on these people. Do not rent from them!!

Feedback:

Slow at application process and decided to go with another company. Would recommend if you have time to wait!

Feedback:

I wish I could give it zero stars. We have rented three them for 2 years so far just signed another year leave at a town home and the place was a mess 0 working toilets when we moved in and a bunch of stuff was broken. Asked for money off our rent and she said she would put the request in. Rent is due tomorrow and we haven't heard anything about the money off so we call and find our that she never even put in the request. They are absolutely unbelievable.

Feedback:

Valley Rental- (noun) rental agency that has no service orientation. Common practice of hanging passive aggressive printouts in lobbies of buildings, leaving voicemails, and texting. A valley rental has no desire to work around a renters schedule even after over a year of renting. (Ex... if you work nights and request that your apartment to be shown for a new renter in the afternoon vs. the morning, they don’t care, there is no customer service.) A one bedroom starts off at 815$ a month for 12 months than moves to $940 a month for month to month. This is an understandable jump in most cases, but steep when you take into account the lack of customer service, paper thin walls, aroma of cat pee in the hallways, and sound of dogs barking all hours of the day. For the amount of apartments in this city, you have many options to choose from rather than this mediocre, county fair, 2 star at best on google reviews company.

Feedback:

Good place but they take out rent late then the following month they take it out on time. It messes my bank account up and makes me short on other payments. Like recently they took it out on the 28th then came back around and took it out on the 3rd and in that short span I can’t afford to take out that much in that little of time

Feedback:

Emily is awesome to work with! She is a great lady to deal with for all your needs.

Feedback:

Called one of the leasing agents out after she was extremely rude to my dad. She then was rude to me, then argued with me, that she wasn't rude. The whole time she had a very snobbish attitude. I asked to talk to a manager in the first place, which she didn't transfer me to. A pleasant sorry and letting me talk to whom I asked to talk to in the first place would have been great. Would not recommend.......unless you like being talked down to.

Feedback:

So in their guide lines you're not allowed to leave a vehicle parked for more than 2 days or something anyways it sat for about 4 days in the same spot and so I went on vacation and then they towed my vehicle because I didn't tell them I was leaving. And as a rental company they cant make the exception to give me back the 300 dollars in towing expenses. No phone call no email no nothing about my vehicle just a sticker on the vehicle which I didnt see because I was not there. But internet sucks, third floor has no ventilation, maintenance hardly accepted are requests, and building managers are lazy and dont do anything for you except bill you and ignore you. Wouldnt ever recommend living here.

Feedback:

Horrible experience living here they try to fine you for everything internet sucks maintenance barley comes around all always getting harassed by neighbors very unfriendly living environment!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND VALLEY RENTALS TO ANY ONE! Gold mark is better.

Feedback:

I liked the unit I lived in in Valley City, until I moved out. They screwed us over with our deposit. We had the carpets professionally cleaned when we moved out and I spent an additional 6 hours cleaning/ scrubbing everything. But apparently everything was still filthy (including the professionally cleaned carpets) and we were charged $250 for them to "clean" then we were charged another $275 for painting. We had like 5 pictures on the wall with small nails, not sure why they thought they needed to paint the whole unit and charge us that much. Plus another $100 for materials. So we ended up having to PAY them another $120. I have rented from 2 other companies prior to this and have always gotten my full deposit back, I know what I am doing. Before all of this happened I rented another unit from them in Fargo and I haven't had any issues YET. other than the ceiling in the bathroom leaking on move in day and having a giant hole in it that took them two weeks to fix and get a light fixture. And $785 is pretty outrageous for a 1 bedroom apartment built in the 90's, but whatever.
