Absolutely horrible experience in spending $10,000 plus dollars with the company for a “Custom” developed website. Took the current website to other web designers and was told there was maybe $2,000 worth of work with a template (not custom) website. I really choose the company because of their portfolio and reviews (which I now think may be fake) and was presented with a site that can be created for a free with a template builder and far away from our companies brand and mission. The salesman also made promises of company photos and drone footage that was never presented. Upon asking to part ways as they had not produced what was asked of them and described in their package, they have decided to threaten us with their attorneys in order to pay for the unfinished product. Beware of this company if you are very detailed with a strong brand and vision, they do not seem to be interested in pleasing as much as putting out the same designs over and over again. We took time out of two days and drove over 2 hours to meet with the company as well, to make sure we could sit down and accomplish everything needed in their office, where they had all of their tools. Apparently that did not help in the end and it was additional wasted time and money. It was honestly as if nothing in the original meeting had ever been discussed, and the review meeting when things were discussed as not being they way it had been talked about last time it was all brushed off as “no big deal”. Be careful in selecting a web developer that will care as much about making your vision stand out as you do.
