SUCH A JOKE! Honestly this place has been nothing but a headache. They took out a double-payment by mistake which caused me to overdraft. Initially I wasn’t refunded for over 2 weeks and it was an insane domino effect with my bills since the overdraft. They didn’t even pay the overdraft fees they caused by their own mistake. They had autodebit my acct $600 TWICE within one night so I was nearly negative -$1200 in my bank acct. The lady apologized but nobody moved quick enough to resolve anything or even bother to connect me to the main office in charge of the entire operation. The autodebit mistake happened again about 3 months after the initial mistake. I was so upset and left Nick 3 voicemails and he never got back to me when he returned to the office. Oh and then when I tried talking to one of the ladies in the office- she hung up on me bc I refused to disclose any information until I could speak with Nick directly. So so sooo unprofessional. We switched to Geico for full coverage at a rate of $75 per vehicle. I was paying over $110 with this StateFarm office.
