I'm web content and social media manager for a hospital and I believe I utilized Varident heavily for seven years . . . I still use them when I can. They offer a really user friendly custom CMS that was perfect for me when I was starting out in the position. And as I learned more, I was able to do more myself and request more serious development from them. They helped us get our SEO and social media on track. They took us into the mobile responsive age and literally put us on the map in Google. We won awards with our website they designed. But what really sets them apart, above virtually everyone I've dealt with, is the customer service. They don't seem to bill (maybe verify this--if they do it's a low rate) for the phone calls and emails so whenever you need advice, strategizing, thinking out loud, or responsive work to get a project off the ground, meet a deadline, fix a problem, they are there. For me, it is like picking up the phone and calling a friend: Stan, Victor, Terry, Dennis, anyone who picks up is ready to help. Everybody says they are all about customer service but it's really just so rare, especially in this industry... and very special. They will even sometimes recommend solutions that they don't stand to benefit from. They're professional and savvy navigating complicated challenges, even diplomacy. I highly recommend their services.
