So i just sighed on to vast when i was havi g problems i went to the store and the lady there was so helpful. She had a welcoming attitude and had a smile the whole time i was there. She checked my wifi box and it wasnt working. So she went and got me a band new one and everything is working great now.. I will recomend vast to everyone. I love it.

I would give them 0 stars for the fact they say I owe 1800 for equipment I took back and still shows I owe for that equipment. I'm very displeased. Its been over 7 years and they still trying to say I owe that. I'll be getting ahold of corporate. They will not get money from me for stuff I dont have. Why would I keep equipment I cant use?

1000 times better than my Midco experience. Not constant connectivity problems or speeds all over the map. Ever since I switched it has been almost no loss of connectivity and speed tests show it it to always be solid.

Should be zero like others stated they want to shut off and charge disconnect and hookup fee on an account that paid in full with a credit on the account and haven't had internet service for over a week yet still charged full amount. What a joke! Find a different company and save yourself the headache

Well using this company I have been harrassed by them about my data usage on there 150 mb unlimited account. Today I received a call stating that if I do not use less then 2tb that we will have to part ways. After asking why they didn't put that number in there usage policy that was quoted to me as the reason for the call. The person I talked just kept saying that it doesn't comply with there policy. At this time this company seem to have dishonest unlimited data usage policy as there is a 2tb cap to it or they will disconnect you.

They're usually polite and willing to help in person but there's only one person there so if there's a lone, expect to be there for a long time.
