Service is consistently inconsistent. This month alone my service has been out 4 times and its only mid month. The after hours service consists of someone asking you to unplug your modem for a few seconds and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, you have to wait until the next business day and hope someone shows up. If its on a Friday night, you're out of service until Monday, at best. Unfortunately in a rural community with no other options, we're stuck with them until another option comes along.
