Overall Feedback:
I really do not like to have to give a business such a poor rating especially because I think the owner is a nice guy but if I never ever have to purchase something from this company it will be all too soon. It took over a month to get my products. The timing might not be so bad but getting in touch with someone from the company was hit or miss. I actually drove up to the company during their business hours a few times and the company would be closed or they would be in the office with the door closed. I would knock and nothing then I would call and someone picked up. Well that is weird. Now the quality of the product is hands down really good but I should not have to track a business down to not only purchase the product but also to pick it up. The guy would say ok check back on Friday. Friday would come and I couldn't find anybody. I think he just needs to hire a good secretary or at least put an answering service on the payroll that can notify customers of where their orders are at instead of the guess and wait came. I hope he gets it together because as I stated I was happy with the quality just very disappointed in the service and time.
