Very impressed with Ken's efforts to make sure the T-shirts we ordered were everything we expected. Everything from: knowledge and experience of what one might might want, bringing T-shirts samples to my work so I could see and feel the fabric, making recommendations based on my intentions with the shirts, prompt correspondence when it came time to choosing the correct color to match my logo, and an all around friendly guy.
