My family and I have lived here for 5 years. We really enjoyed our time here as this apartment complex is very well kept inside and out. We never had any serious problems with our apartment and we lived on ground level. Staff are always polite and and always want to help. Schools are great and the elementary school middle school and high school are within 3 minute drive from eachother, close to shopping and the Potomac River in Algonkian Regional Park. Close to Rt 7 and Rt 28. close to walking paths and a few parks. Neighborhood is quiet and grounds are well cared for. They are in process of putting new roof shingles and they re paved entire neighborhood. I would recommend leasing here.

Pebbles is extremely fake. They have charged me extraneous fees for an apartment that is way over priced and was rented by a heavy smoker previously. It was obvious that they had not cleaned before I moved in and they never got rid of the smell. I had to do it myself. Seriously, there are apartment DOUBLE the size for the same price in Ashburn which is a nicer place to live. The gym is a joke and not kept up. You can do better than this complex I promise.

Leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff has taken care of requests the same day, and the grounds are very well maintained.

This is a great location. A bonus is the cell phone reception is full bars 4GLTE. Pebbles and Sara are professional and pleasant​ to work with. Repairs are performed immediately. I once had the deadbolt break at 11:00 PM. The new deadbolt was installed and the guy gone in half an hour. They could use a few more parking spots and shave a bit off of a couple monster speed bumps, but otherwise I like it here.
