Nothing is more upsetting to me as a business owner than when I refer my valued clients to another local business and they are treated poorly and provided with terrible customer service. VV made an agreement to provide multiple signs and wraps in return for a valuable sponsorship at my clients new business that opens in 2 days - now they refuse to return calls, emails and texts and haven't produced any of the expected materials. My client was put in a terrible situation and now we're struggling to find the resources that were already promised. Not acceptable and that will be the last client I refer to them.
