180 Health Partners was looking for a Salesforce Consulting organization which we could partner with on our implementation journey. We selected Virsys12 as they are a Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner, healthcare experience, and reputation in the community. Through our implementation came across a few challenges and each time Virsys12 found solutions to each of the challenges. Tammy Hawes and the Virsys12 team are dedicated to the success of the project as well as ensuring the client is satisfied with the results.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE working with Tammy Hawes and Virsys12 doing our Salesforce software customization. We were promised a mid January implementation and we have invested oveer $35,000 to have an incomplete software solution that is still not running properly and it is almost June. This company is completely incompetent and has no integrity and does not honor their contract or their word. They took thousands of dollars from our company and did nothing for our company over the last month, did not return emails, did not return phone calls or texts. The company came recommended by Fancy Lai from Salesforce and she sold us and left us in the hands of an amateur company that has cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost time, lost sales and a failure of a program. Since working with Virsys12 Tammy has turned over people in her company and I can see why the owner is a weak leader. She has zero integrity and I wouldn't even trust her to build a simple power point presentation for my kids school project, let alone a Salesforce software customization project for our company.
