I am an owner of a property management company and met Todd at one of the national conferences. Before we built our business having a whale investor and just word of mouth. Things changed when the market changed and when we fired our whale investor. we suddenly had to work hard getting leads and the best and cheapest way to do that is ranking high on google. At that time, a year and a half ago we were on page 33. An Oklahoma property management company ranked higher than us on goggle for our city’s search terms for property management. That is when we hired Virtually Incredible to help us gain SEO by adding video to our landing pages, listing pages. The help we received from Virtually Incredible was twofold: they help optimize videos we created of our rental homes, added the right keywords and description to get better SEO. They also have a great product, they can create video from photos if you do not have the chance to shoot a video, l such as the tenant is still in the home. The combination of those services, the consistency in working in the back of our website always adding more video content and optimizing the content gave us great results: within a short year, we are now on page 1 on google organic search for property management in our city. What is more, we are now also #1 pin on the map for the same search. We have come a long way and we could not have done it without Virtually Incredible. Our phone now rings with new management leads, we are getting about 40 a month, good quality leads, we are growing at a faster pace than ever before, and the service costs us about $300 per month. Best marketing dollar we could find. This company is truly incredible!

They are, in fact, "Virtually Incredible". As a real estate and property management business coach, I need to post content daily. Problem is that there is only so much time in the day and I need to depend on a strong team to support me. I have been trying for months to find a team who could take my videos and process for content cutting and distribution, and had zero luck. Virtually Incredible jumped in and communicates quickly and often. They follow instruction and strive to improve every step of the way... AND, they do an awesome job with youtube, instagram, & facebook posting. They are now an integral part of my team, and I see this service growing tremendously in this space.
