We had to call customer service again about the other DVR box we have freezing up and we was told to replace the box this is two boxes in 4 days the service is horrible.

One of the worst. Highest price. A place that offers new customers rates 1/2 the price of customers of 10 years. If they weren't the only show in town they would be shut down.
