I can not say enough positive things about WAITSTUFF! When the company we were initially using told us LAST MINUTE that they could not come through for us- I called WAITSTAFF in a panic to provide wardrobe for an indie film I am producing. We were in a tough spot and it was the day before NYE and they got a rush order to me out over the phone by the next day- New Year's Eve. Roxanne was especially helpful and made me feel confident that we would get what we needed and we did. She was communicative and followed up with shipping to make sure we would get them on time. I highly recommend their services!! I will never deal with anyone else!

I had bought the two types of children's aprons for Meals by Grace, a non-profit that feeds hungry children in our community and once a month have a "Kids in the Kitchen" day. We use WaitStuff at the hotels I manage in North Dakota. Their selection is excellent and the quality of the uniforms is high. Our account manager, Roxanne, is exceptional! She's bends over backwards to help us and always goes the extra mile. Even after errors on my end resulted in an order being placed late, she got it on the same day. WOW, WOW, WOW....just about all I can say about the shopping experience with this team. I have been in customer service for a straight 30 yrs and have NEVER come across someone that I would consider my equal. I would tell the owners of this company that they are SUPER lucky to have an employee like Roxanne. This woman didn't stop trying to please me with any accommodation she could to make my order happen, and that is what she did for us. I could go on and on since an experience like this one so rarely happens. So I hope that someone who is jaded by lazy customer service reps will give this team a shot. Thank you Roxanne for giving me EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and an opportunity to believe that there is really a couple of us that still care. WE LOVE OUR SUITS!!!!!!!!!!!
