I have to be honest. This company has the ability to be good, but they miss doing so by not returning calls in a timely fashion, not making efforts, and it is very frustrating to know that. I will be searching for an alternate company, based on not being able to get a return call for over 1 business day, anytime I have been in communication in the past almost 3 years. Obviously, the business is so much that it is with great effort for anyone to return a call...perhaps a company that is that busy does not want any additional clients? (Just know, I am leaving this after multiple occurrences like this, to myself and a person I actually referred, and am quite angry about the refusal to return a call.) ?
