Dawn was amazing. She is excellent at her job. And as a result she was efficient, thorough and compassionate. She told us everything we needed to know, what our options were and made the process quick and easy so that we could get back to other arrangements and let us get back to dealing with the grief we obviously felt during this trying time. The services she provided were professional, timely and compassionate. My mother looked amazing. My family and I were very pleased with everything from the presentation all the way to the burial.
