I had a very negative experience working with Walkwel Technology. I am European client that started a webdevelopment project with them in July 2016, and the project has still not been completed. The company fails to provide continuing support to me, because they simply feel "I get what I paid for", which means there are still a lot of bugs persistent in the website (therefore, the website is still not launched). As such, rather than failing to recognize their shortcomings, they blame me for the half completed work. They also hardly reply / provide support on Skype anymore, and their boss simply said the following during a call "This is all we can do for the budget spent". It's purely disappointing and frustrating, given that my website is far from complete and I already had to pre-pay them for milestones that have never been completed. I would suggest to never pre-pay for any milestones until it is 100% completed. They also do not want to provide an invoice for the (half) work they completed. They definitely need to reconsider their managerial structure and work ethics. If you find them through UpWork or another project website, I would suggest to look further. I am just being honest and writing this from my perspective. However, their company only views things from their point of view and is trying to put me to blame for their poorly delivered services. It seems that all they are interested in is receiving pre-payments upfront, rather than first completing the work. There are definitely better, honest, supportive, and genuine software companies out there.
