This place is good for getting you in and out in a timely manner but they are somewhat rude. I honestly try not to go in there unless I absolutely have to. This last time I only went because it was convenient. I would much rather send my payment in the mail. They are not very customer friendly. While I hate to say it, they do treat people of color a different way. While I was being attended to, the lady pretty much acted like I wasn't standing there in front of her. She did not acknowledge me at all. The whole time, she was talking to a lady that was next to me. I never got a thank you or anything. I get this type of behavior every time I go there. I literally have to prepare myself to go in because I do not tolerate foolishness.

Wish could give 0 stars, these people only like to help white people. Nasty attitude towards other than white. They treat you as if your retarded when you ask for help and act as if they are trying to rush you to get you out quick. Worst tag agency in history.

I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate all these ladies at the Wallace location. I watch them treat everybody well, myself included. Anyone not happy with them should try Wilmington or Raleigh locations out. Your tune will change. I'm always amazed out how quick they work and at how well they maintain themselves with difficult customers. I am in there a lot and want to say thank you to all the ladies. yall's fan, Michael Thurlow

As this is my personal business, I'd love to address the issues but have no option to address them individually. I would like to state however that we are not a DMV, we are a License Plate Agency and thus are only able to handle your vehicle and titling needs. The only need we can't take care of for you is an instant title which is only available in our Raleigh or Charlotte offices which are state owned. So stating we are not a DMV is an accurate statement. You can also see in the google listing that we aren't listed as a DMV. We have no racial profiling and I have multiple people who pass other agencies to deal with me personally as I do everything in my power to communicate with them in their own language. I'm sorry that someone feels this way and I feel your issue with your FS-1, which is only required when you have an insurance lapse present, was not to our fault. I'd be happy to review it for you again though. Contrary to Mr Murphys review, we are also very knowledgeable in our roles as title clerks and have over 40 years of experience combined. We have an almost 5 star rating on our Facebook business page and I take great pride in that. Please feel free to visit us there where we can personally discuss any issues you may have. We have a very high response rating as well. Have a very Merry Christmas.
