This place is unrealistic and needs to be investigated. It makes no sense to me how a person can get away with being behind on 10,000 in support and having a tax return just disappear and not be looked into.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is a joke. Came up here last week to file for support and they told me they don’t accept anyone after 4:00. On the phone hours states 4:30. Get here the following week and now the front lady says you have to be here at 3:30. I have work and can’t just be running back and forth to this place because they don’t know when their own hours are.

They scheduled a hearing because my ex file for modification they told me it was on the 16th of February two days prior to that they call and tell me it's reschedule to March 16th I just got a letter in the mail saying they already had the hearing and I failed to appear I have proof of the phone call that they called me telling me that it was rescheduled and I have the paper of it being rescheduled so I wonder how I fail to appear when I was told it was rescheduled. I have spent the past two days calling at least 4 times a day leaving a message just to find out if I do have to go on the 16th of this month and whether or not I have to call off work for it and they have yet to return my call they rarely ever return my call. Very unorganized and very unsatisfactory
