Constant Script errors in their program, already download the patch months ago and changed internet security to lowest setting. Its back again and nothing has worked.

Our Watchfire sign has been beneficial in increasing awareness of our upcoming events, job openings and volunteer opportunities. It's a great way to communicate with drive-by traffic.

Though the sign looks appealing visually, there are several issues that prevent me from giving Watchfire 5 stars.1) The color display is disappointing- Though it has a wide-variety of colors, it cannot display a simple picture.2) The inconsistency of updating- For some reason, every time I go to update our sign, it takes 3-5 attempts. 3) The difficulty of syncing computers- we have several computers with the software, and still have not been able to sync them (though we have had support remote in). There are two positive aspects:1) It is user-friendly- though it may take a few minutes to figure out how to accomplish something, there is a small learning curve.2) It is adaptable- there are several different features for creating messages and customizing them, allowing a variety of uses.

Watchfire Signs is one of our business' best investments! Our sign is bold, vivid and noticed by all passersby. The Watchfire software is user friendly and accessible for quick updates. We could not ask for an easier way to advertise and have our business noticed!

Overall, we've been quite happy with the sign and it's been reliable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we did have a control module failure within the first year, but since it was replaced with a slightly newer model/version, it has been working flawlessly. The PC software originally had an issue/bug/call it whatever that required a work-around but they finally issued a patch update to it to resolve the issue earlier this year. Also, a shout-out to Strickler Signs who installed the sign and have been very responsive to any and all questions we have had.

We love our Watchfire sign! The technology is extremely user friendly and looks GREAT on the sign! If you or your company is looking into purchasing a sign, you must give Watchfire Signs a chance!
