This is the head office of the Water Security Agency. It is part of the Saskatchewan Provincial Government that is responsible for: issuing surface and groundwater allocation permits, maintaining and construction of the dams and spillways, preparing the Saskatchewan Water Regulations and Guidelines, hydrogeological studies, issuing of well permits and maintaining the provincial groundwater well database, and acting as a resource for the general population.
