Very easy to work with. Always answers the phone when you call. Never call and get a "touch 1 for this, touch 2 for that" message. Wish I had went with them sooner. Rosemary is my agent and she is the best.

Our company has been doing business with Watson for many years. They provide insurance for all our trucks and equipment. Watson's customer service skills are excellent. If I contact them with any questions or concerns they always respond in a timely manner. We have looked into other insurance agencies but continue to stay with Watson because of our past track record with them. We have been unable to find another insurance agency that will provide the level of service and value that we receive from Watson Insurance.
