If i could put zero stars, i would - One star would leave you to assume that they did one thing right, but they didn’t and it’s disappointing. An order was made and the account manager keenly promised a prompt & timely delivery. In short, not only was it delivered too late, and there was a litany or let downs that has left a feeling of disappointment so much so, that I need to put a warning out there to other small businesses. As small businesses will no doubt understand, when suppliers fail to deliver, the implications to business can be stark. Worst still, and this bit i want other small businesses to know - no apology, no refund, and most of all, they don’t care. The full order was delivered late. Webrandit quickly blamed the courier for all ailments, but the failed courier service was simply the conclusion to an end to end failure.Think of it like this - imagine is a wedding. You speak to the florist who says “yes” they can deliver against the order. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding date, the florrist reassures there are no problems. Then, a few days before hand the florrist confesses they can’t complete on the order but then after begging they say they can do it. The wedding is saturday but the flowers don’t arrive until sunday...!!! it’s the only analogy i can think of!! too little, too late.So, to all small businesses out there, please PLEASE note, WeBrandIt can’t 100% deliver against its commitments. I feel like the minority but when it’s you that suffers as the 1 in 100, and the Leadership of the business don’t even offer a refund, or a firm apology, there are PLENTY OF OTHER BUSINESSES OUT THERE that you could choose, and i vehemently recommend you do this.Also, if they make a mistake, and it’s their fault, you won’t get a refund, and they won’t even admit to making a mistake and will lie and tell you “all is in hand”.it’s not worth you being the next 1 in 100.

Every time We Brand It phone our company I speak with somebody by the name of Hannah. They are always aggressive sounding on the phone even though we genuinely try to help her. If she doesn't get through to who she wants, she slams the phone down in your ear. Then when we phone her back, she doesn't answer. Funny how that works.

Appalling service from WeBrandIt. No genuine customer service, once the sale has been agreed it's like they don't care from that point onward. The product received what was not what was agreed upon, and no attempts to rectify order. Complaints aren't taken seriously and overall and I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT use this company!!!!!
