he owner is ver polite and friendly however sadly I am left disappointed with the extensive delays and dissatisfied with the absence of a satisfactory resolution so have walked away at a loss and no further forward. Whilst polite I am actually paying for a website to be delivered on time so I would suggest you have contractual contingencies built into the agreement that places a specific monetary value on time delays. I now use another company and have signed off the sites and the financial losses of what we paid and the loss of not be able to launch on time.
