I contacted WebsiteService4all after seeing his ad that read, "$99 for a website and a free video!" Mark Drake, the owner alleged that he would create a customized online store for me in three (3) weeks-- not for $99! Mark charged me $1,500 and a monthly hosting fee of $49. After three months--nothing, but he still collected the hosting fee! I requested my money back, but he declined; however, to keep me from receiving my money back, he uploaded a sample template, for the world to see, that contained images of people wearing clothes (the prices were $300, but crossed out because it was a template!) The colors of the sute were pretty, but it did not contain any of my products! I was not even aware that anything had been uploaded, but to deceive the bank into believing that he had "created" a website for me, he uploaded a template with my company's name on it! To make matters worse, when you clicked on my company's name, it hyperlinked to another company's website: Life is Good! He copied all of Life is Good's info and put it on my website! I filed a report with the BBB. After reading my complaint, he responded with another false statement and said that I was suppose to upload my own products! It has been one lie after another. He does not admit to any wrong doing, but will cover it up with a lie. This has been a nightmare!! I also tried to get my money back from Ally Bank, but Mark told them that he "created" a website for me (although he never did!) but I just wasn't happy with it! Ally refused to refund my money because Mark convinced the bank that he produced a website. Because of regulation E (Don't use a debit card-- use your credit card!!) the bank suggested that I seek legal charges, which is what I am going to do! Here's the kicker though... After Mark felt that he had won the dispute, he took down the fraudulent website, but never returned my money! This man is a crook who is desperate for money!!! He will lie, deceive, play on the words that you use, and will never admit to any wrong doing. He doesn't know what the heck he is doing. He even hacked my email account! You can create a website on Weebly and some of the other sites for free!! Moreover, Mark does not customize anything! He uses templates!!! Again, stay away! If you don't, you will regret it. If you Are unable to create a website using a free template, then find a reputable company or person that can! WebsiteServices4All is not it!!! Stay away!!! This company doesn't deserve any stars, but unfortunately, I had to give it one star!!! I believe in karma and I truly believe that this guy will reap what he sews! Mark Drake has no conscious; he's a sociopath! Stay away!
