Very disappointed that I have been waiting close to a month for SOMEBODY to call me about my application and let me know if the rental i was applying for is either already rented or they dont have any rentals in my money frame at the moment or ANYTHING.they have already done the background check I have called back and left my name and number and STILL have NOT received a call and its very frustrating.I have less than 45 days to find a place...This is very unprofessionalUPDATE:I got a voicemail saying y'all were waiting on a reference before you could move forward.and I never heard anything else and now my 60days to find a place is up and me and my kids are homeless.Thanks for the help and waste of 20$ that could be going to a hotel room.and PSA they do background checks when you apply for housing through the police department why did I pay for another background check?

Working with Melissa Collins was absolutely terrific. From beginning to end, Melissa was always there for us. Her knowledge and expertise was outstanding and made our house buying process an actual pleasure working with Melissa. I would recommend Melissa to anyone wanting to purchase a home in Harrison and the surrounding area and should I need a realtor in the future, she will be the first one I would contact.
