Horrible experience. Waited in line for 10 minutes, and the girl behind the counter kept leaving the counter without telling us what she was doing. She walked around the store really slow and on her phone. Then she would come back to the counter, make eye contact with you, then walk away again. Finally, we asked her what the hold up was, and then she said "waiting on my manager. Why? What you need?" AS WE ARE STANDING IN LINE TO ORDER. Absolutely disgusting attitude from these people that ran this place. The bathroom had no soap. It was nasty and dirty. The guy working the kitchen had NO GLOVES ON. One woman in the kitchen had long purple hair that was actually inside of the bags. Her hair was so long that it would hang into people's bags of food. No one had hair nets on. This same lady had a pair of gloves on... she served food with them, went to the counter and gave someone some sauces and such, then wiped her face with the palm side of the glove, and went back to serving food without changing those gloves. The staff was very rude, and they acted like they did not care that anyone was waiting in line. They NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO US UNTIL WE ASKED what was going on. The kitchen was dirty (I know this happens throughout the course of a day), but above the fryers, the wall was almost crusted with a film.Absolutely disgusting experience from this Wendy's. I hope that someone that can change that place sees this. Terrible experience.
