We provided services for West 54 Media Group while they opened and art exhibition in Austin Texas. We provided services from October 2018’ through Jan 2019. They never paid any their invoices. They gave us the run around on when they would be paid and made excuse after excuse. Debbie F. the CEO personally promised us payment on numerous occasions. They cancelled services one day and left town without notice a few days later. We are now in communication with our legal department regarding their failure to pay for services rendered. DO NOT do business with this company. They will hit you, sign a contract and never pay. DO NOT do business with this company unless you want to be scammed out of your services.

Horrible PR company and if anyone has any doubts about this take a look at how they ran the Az mac and cheese festival! I would stay away from hiring them, they obviously don't know and don't care about what they are doing!

I have used other SEO services before. I felt like I was being taken advantage of - they never explained things to me, and where hard to get in contact with. West 54 on the other hand, has an actual office right in Old Town, and actual people who will meet with you and walk you through digital marketing which is a major relief so that I can focus on running my business.
