This place is a disaster. The community calls it "Club West." They dont hold anyone to a dress code. They hire less than qualified reps and do not provide them with the knowledge and training they need to do their jobs. Meanwhile, they are held to expectations that they cannot meet. The running joke in HR is "if you can fog up a mirror by breathing on it you can get hired" ..... imagine what kind of work atmosphere that created.....

The money is amazing, you can make as much as you want. The place is pretty strict on a lot of things, but as long as you're doing your job that you were hired to do, you're good. Used to be a lot worse but now that Alorica has bought them, it's much better.

Been there 18 months and I love it. Schedule adherence policy is more relaxed than any place I know.
