I had a rough experience, because altho the office personal was great, the tech who was to hookup my service was to call when he was on his way, he called when he was in the area. I was not in a position to respond that day. The next time, it was when he was at my house. I was in the next town up. By the time I got there he was on lunch. So I couldn't get my water cut on until after Easter. I know they are the gas company, but I was trying to kill two birds with one stone. So I can't move in till after the holiday.
