First of all $175 for the techs to undo a lock on gas and then the first months bill never comes in. I wait and wait for a bill and it doesn't come. Then I get a call saying my gas is getting shut off in 2 days. I call to see what happened and they told me the whole area had a problem getting the bill. They still gave me a late fee even though I had not received a bill or notice until they were about to shut off my gas. They blamed it on the mail company for their mistake. I just started with this company and I am already over them.
