They change their address with no notification, then have the wrong address on a 'missed payment' alert (Because the bank couldn't find their new address). Clown show-- all the way through.Oh, and outrageously expensive.

Rates are about $15 higher than Austin. The reason water is expensive from the PUA is because you do not get a tax bill from them. It is about half the price per month of most investor-owned utilities Texans love. If you think this water is expensive, just wait until Abbot privatizes WTCPUA and then see how bad rates get. Everything else aside, the water tastes great, unlike Houston water or well water around here.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service reps are competent and courteous, so this isn't directed at them. However management should be fired. Water prices are exorbitant unless you compare it to Rough Hollow. They changed billing providers a few times and we'd see sudden random spikes in volume that were clearly not accurate. Management is abhorrent and clearly couldn't care less. They seem to answer to no one.I've run a CREDIT on my account for last THREE YEARS. I missed that it ran out and they were going to turn my water off because of $100 balance - which amounts to 2 weeks of billing. Makes ZERO sense. F-

After three months of asking for assistance on exorbidant water bills and calling in a plumber and sprinkler system consults we may get our water bill under 1500.00$ We explained we have had three leaks during the heat of the summer but were told that only the water at the curb was their problem. We continually have asked for assistance and were penalized for unforeseen conditions that arose. They have a monopoly and definitively take advantage of it. The water rates are unbelievable.
