Everyone is Very High Calibre, don't let the temporary space think that there is not much going on here, I see people making snap judgements, but there is a lot of great high calibre people here and they are here for a reason. They are smart enough to understand the higher level, If you don't have an open mind you won't understand. There is a few people that actually have been able to branch off and run their own franchise within the location and 4 others in other parts of BC and Alberta. This group has literally put 15 people into high level Manager and Franchise ownership positions in 2018. I would keep a very open mind If you want a big career or at least make really good money and consider a bigger position.
