I am owed thousands of dollars from What The Fox Creative from over 9 months ago, which they are refusing to pay. They dishonoured two seperate payment plans and I'm pretty sure they can't be still operating.Staff turnover extremely high, miserable clients, no-one took responsibility and deferred to the owner Wayne Fraser who is impossible to get hold of. His explanation to me was 'we don't have the money to pay you'.Super unprofessional, be very wary before getting involved with What The Fox Creative.

9 months converting existing website to mobile. Still incomplete. Graphics were incompatible across mobile devices on review and zero communication. Expecting final payment for the last couple of months but our product is far from acceptable or complete. Design is worse than our existing site. Staff constantly changing and no consistency. Look elsewhere. Who knows when we will ever get a decent product.

Have attended several of their workshops, they are a wealth of knowledge especially in the social media/marketing space. Workshops are in depth and you walk out knowing more about your customers & habits, as well as a better idea of where your brand is heading.
