I was scheduled for an interview earlier today and arrived on time. The person that arrived after me was interviewed before I was. Even though I arrived first I wasnt really greeted, the girl that arrived after me was greeted. The staff does try to make small talk with you and based on the small talk it seems like they signal the interviewer whether they want you to work there. When I was finally called one of the employees told the interviewer" be nice to my friend were going shopping later".I found it very odd that comment was made. After the interview was done she made the comment of "we'll going shopping soon." Regardless if the person is getting the position or not they should treat all interviewees the same and not make comments and belittle them. Most of the high rating comments are made by the employees.
