Food is often tasty, portions are hit and miss, prices always high. Occasionally I don't feel ripped off but I usually do. Their efforts to save money and maximise profit are very obvious as they are always downgrading the quality of the ingredients - take the lamb burger. Previously a big patty of minced lamb, today tiny little discs from a packet of frozen burgers that probably cost £2 for a dozen. Re-sold at £4.50 each, lost inside a tired bap. It's robbery. The rocky roads were downgraded to worse chocolate, the puddings are 95% flour, the veggie options are as expensive as the meat options, which are already nearly pub prices. All the best meals are eventually replaced with lower quality versions. I could go on. The staff are great but the establishment is a cynically run cash farm for a captive market, relentlessly abusing its monopoly.
