I have used Wiersma for over a year now and am extremely satisfied with the level of service and responsiveness given. Wayne sat down with me and went over all my coverage options for my auto and home policies and provided a price that was significantly less then the quotes I had received from competitors. Robin has been extremely responsive to all my needs and continuously provides top tier customer service time and time again. I would absolutely recommend them for any insurance needs.

I have been a client of Wiersma Insurance Agency for ten years, and Wayne Wiersma and his staff have always been professional, prompt, and friendly. Currently I have 2 auto policies and 2 homeowner policies with Wiersma. Wayne always takes the time to explain any changes and is willing to review my policies as needed. Over the years I have submitted several claims, and their office has been so helpful navigating the necessary paperwork, following up, and seeing it through till the end, promptly answering my questions along the way. I would highly recommend Wiersma Insurance Agency.

I have been with Wiersma Insurance for 14 years. Wayne and his EXCEPTIONAL staff have been incredibly helpful every step of the way! I have 2 auto policies, 1 motorcycle and 2 homeowner policies with Wiersma. I recently started an automotive repair business. Wiersma provided me with the guidance I needed on workers compensation & business insurance. There was no question to small. Wayne took the time to explain the best options for me and my small business. I really appreciate the professionalism and one on one attention that I get with Wiersma Insurance.

Not afraid to take care of the average home owner. I built my first home 5yrs ago and the Wiersma Insurance Team has been on my side as, not only my home ,but also my Auto Insurance Agency. True professionals that took the time to guide me and work out the best tailored plan for my family. As most know the housing market has changed in the past 5 yrs but with no resistance Wayne performed a detailed review of what I was insuring compared to my policy. Come to find out I was over insured. It is comforting that I have a insurance agent that has my best interest in mind, especially when it saves me money! Thanks a million Wayne!
