Their service is really good. After I first had it installed, I had several problems with all of my equipment. They ended up replacing everything for me and got it back to functioning properly. The service was always done in a timely manner. Overall, I am very pleased. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 stars is I have to have a land line to get internet. We do not use our landline any. So we are paying $25 a month to not use it. Wilkes Telecommunications is the only company that services the area I live in so I cannot compare them to other companies. Any time I have called, whoever answers has always been respectful and helpful!
