Feedback:

I'm very disappointed in this dental practice.I went in to get a tooth removed and the helper was asking me so many questions it caused confusion with the dentist. Dr Witherspoon didn't even look in my mouth and checked out. I ask the helper about getting my tooth removed and she said"did you want a tooth extracted"? They think since my tooth has been hurting so long I don't need to get in a rush now to get it pulled or it's in too good condition to remove. If I had hundreds of dollars to spend on my teeth I would love to keep them, but since the teeth on the lower law are already gone I don't see any reason to spend hundreds of dollars fixing one that is causing problems. The helper took one x-ray then Doc Witherspoon looked at it and was ready to pull the tooth then she wanted another x-ray to make sure she was pulling the right one. The helper made the second x-ray then told me I would have to come back at another time to get it removed. I ask why and helper said I need to take some antibiotics. I told her I just took amoxicillin last week and she said the dentist was going to give me something stronger. I picked it up at the pharmacy and it's amoxicillin.SummaryDentist Witherspoon didn't want to pull the tooth because it is too good and she can save it. One x-ray= I see a good tooth with nothing wrong except a chunk broken off.Second x-ray= more money for them and reason to tell me I'll have to come back in October to get it removed because my blood pressure is too high today.I wish doctors would just be honest. If they want more money or don't know what they're doing I would appreciate it more if they would come right out and say it instead of telling a lie to cover another lie for another lie.UPDATE 9-12-18I went to pick up my x-ray so I could go to another dentist to get my tooth removed and was told I can't come back to this practice again since I'm letting another dentist do the job this place wouldn't do. I went to Dr.Thakkar and got my tooth pulled for much less than the dental clinic was charging me with a discount. Don't waste your time or money with this place if at all possible. I was wondering why they have the signs up in the lobby saying their patients can't complain about the service and now I understand. This place is a ripoff.

Feedback:

Well we came today for two of my children to be seen and being a single mom of five with one being disabled with cerebral palsy and autism and had no babysitter for the others so had to bring them along with me, but now we are having to sit out in the hall because my almost two year old started crying only after they made him stop pushing the little baby chair around the play area because it might scratch their floors, and my disabled son started laughing too loud, And now my 7 and 5 year old have to be in there by their self because of him crying, and the other laughing, So I advise you that if your child tends to cry any at all or laugh to go to another dentist because they are not welcome here.

Feedback:

I take my granddaughter to this clinic. All the staff from the front desk to the dental hygienist are always very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. This clinic is wonderful! I'm glad my family has such a wonderful place to go for dental services.

Feedback:

Wow, incredibly rude and unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment with a 3 month wait, they cancelled on me when I came in for the appointment and claimed "not to have my phone # to confirm". Then they acted as if it were my problem! Unbelievable, you can't make this stuff up!

Thursdays 150$ emergency appointments get there at 7 not a little after

Feedback:

I called in to set up an appointment to have a wisdom tooth taken out due to the pain of if coming in and the earliest appointment date they had available was in January of 2019. So waiting close to 2 months for them to do x-rays of a tooth that is causing me problems now and then waiting however long it takes for the oral surgeon to see me is ridiculous. I called another dentist that is local to my area and have an appointment next Monday for x-rays. Plus, the wait time in this place is horrible, prepared to be there for at least an hour or two after your appointment time at the most. My husband and I will definitely be going somewhere else for our dental needs that can handle the patient volume in our area.

Feedback:

Feedback:

I have been treated well by all until today.I came in to have 3 teeth extracted and was subjected by a rude and condescending dentist named dr.chankakly.If you go there I advise you to pick another dentist. She talked down to me and when I started crying because she was hurting me she rolled her eyes and told the nurse to do more novacain
