At least they sent cleaning and repair crews quickly after we complained.... On arrival we found: Unit had not been cleaned or inspected (pee and cigarette butt in toilet, showers full of sand, toothpaste smears in sink...yuck). Door to utility closet off the hinges (hazard, as it opened into the children’s bedroom and had water heater and electric box inside). Could be a nice unit but is generally poorly maintained. This is our family’s third time renting beachfront condos from Williamson. Each time has been a similar experience on arrival, and each time the office responds promptly - but we are tired of having to arrive to filth and disrepair. Next time we will use a different agency.

Accomplished everything I needed and wanted without ever visiting the office. Keyless entry codes texted and emailed to us before we got there and island updates all week for our convenience.

Absolutely awful experience. Our rental is disgusting! Mold, broken furniture, filthy house. And the office refused to help us at all. Will not be booking with you again and will be contacting our bank when we return. I have 50+ pictures of how disgustingly dirty and in poor condition this rental house is in. Address is 4 Dolphin Court. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! Its absolutely terrible!!Edit. I spoke with Frank Williamson and he took care of everything. I do appreciate everything he did and will be back in the future.

Hnad to request carpet be cleaned. All mattresses and bedding were VERY old and worn.Saw and killed many roaches.Exterior door handles were installed incorrectly and made opening them almost impossible..House badly needs update for this rental price Of 2 Goldsboro Street, OIB

Excellent house - will be back next year. Everything was top-notch, very comfortable den furniture, plenty of rockers on front porch, kitchen well furnished, several extension cords, vacuums cleaning supplies, replacement lights, etc, great internet access, house has new siding and appears to be well-maintained. Realty company very responsive to some minor repairs that needed to be made. A couple of minor issues need work. (1) Shower in Master bathroom needs adjustment to the shower door - it doesn't close properly because it is hung slightly askew and sticks seriously at the bottom both in closing and opening. (2) Shower in Master bathroom needs to have a plumber adjust the hot-cold lever - it is impossible to get warm water - it is either hot or cold, no in-between. Likely, the valve is not functioning properly.
