My wife and I just purchaced a condo in Ocean Shores. I have nothing but good to say about our agent Tanya. We put in an offer on Friday and Tanya arranged for the inspection Monday morning before we left for home. Simply service adove and beyond.

After listing my home at the end of January 2018, they forgot about me. No one responded to my inquiries about their progress concerning the MSL listing or pictures of my home. After they finally took pictures when I was away on a short road trip, I returned home to find two lights turned on. One was an outdoor flood light which is expensive to operate. The other was a bathroom light. I notified them by email to complain. They never responded. Two months passed by and they never responded to further questions about the upcoming home sales season in Ocean Shores. The pictures posted on MSL were poor quality and did not represent the true character of my luxury home. Some photos were mislabeled. They never offered to retake the pictures or correct the labeling. After much agony over their lack of professionalism and responsiveness, I finally canceled the listing. I spoke with one of the receptionists about their lack of response over the past two months. Their only reply: "Everybody is so busy." In other words, this real estate agency is too busy for their own customers! I do not recommend using this agency again. They will forget about you soon after you list with them and they will be unapologetic in their unprofessional behavior towards you.
