Absolutely terrible internet provider. Connection constantly being lost. Charges on bill magically appear from month to month that were never there. Always a BS answer at their Lexington 238 store whenever I ask about the issues I'm having. Or call this number and see if they can help you. I'm definitely looking for other providers that can actually preform at an experienced level like a business should.
