I did not go in for any Verizon wireless purchase or service. I went in to check if they could help me contact Uber because I lost my phone. They’re very helpful . They did not kick me out because I didn’t have a Verizon wireless purchase or service, they were also very patient with me and my son . A special thanks to Tim and Lauren .

Wireless world in New Milford was great.i googled nearest local Verizon stores and I said it’s a lot closer then going too the highway so when I got there I was greated by Katrina. I delt with her too get my phone she showed me my options on upgrades and took care of everything I need too do for it . I was very comfortable with her since she knew everything I wanted . She was very knowledgeable on her doings best experience I ever got I will never go back to Verizon on RT17 they rush u there . Thank you KATRINA for your expert help and wireless world of New Milford as long as she is there u will have a long time customer thanks again!!!!!!

A week ago TIM spent a very generous amount of time with me to replace my (old) water damaged flip phone. Since I am not ready for amore sophisticated device, I really appreciated his patience. I returnedthe following morning with the PIN I obtained from a corporate storeto purchase the phone I selected the night before. DAN was workingthen and provided equally helpful service.
