SCAM ALERT!Be weary when working with this company on SEO campaigns. I cannot speak for PPC and Web Development but our experience in the last 8 months has been horrible to say the least from SEO side. If you are paying just under $1000/month you expect a certain level of commitment and attention to your campaign. During the course of our campaign all the updates and changes were initiated from our end, no update from them apart from the monthly reports. We had also provided access to all of our social media accounts as well and in the 8 months no update was made from their end, not one. We recently had our site audited by a third party and found this company used blackhat methods which potentially could penalize your website from Google. One such method included blending all of our links in our footer with the footer color and shown only one link in white which was to their own website. Basically they were siphoning organic traffic from our website to their own site in the form of a backlink. Typically we would not care if a company who managed our website include their link at the bottom (web design by xyz company) but the fact is they never created the website and furthermore never requested permission. This alone is against google partner guidelines and we have forward this violation to them as well. If the above is not enough of a red flag, this company has call centre agents who will call you from the US and abroad even if you are a client with them. This issue was brought up to our account manager and we were told to ignore them as they were separate entities working on their behalf and could not guarantee they would be stopped. Even after we asked to be put on the do not call list the calls continue to come in. Eventually we decided to end the campaign with them and asked to be refunded but ultimately were told by the manager that it was unlikely but offered a $100/month discount to have is remain with them. No thanks!
