I think I've been with Wiser since 1996. I've moved to the other side of the twin cities, but have kept my ties with Wiser. When my agent retired, there was no gap in customer service. Jim picked up right where Jack left off with excellent customer service. They are always willing to take time to answer questions and work together with us to find the best options for our family.

I have recently worked with Ross to transfer my Home Owners, Auto Insurance, my sons first auto insurance policy & also my daughters renters insurance. Ross & Wiser have been amazing at customer service and following up. I really value that he is only a phone call away when I need policy numbers or have questions. Personal service is simply the best!!

Ross Carlson did an amazing job finding me better coverage for three cars with three drivers than I had with one car with two drivers. He was quick and responsive. He thought of things that I didn’t even consider. It cut my insurance bill almost in half with better coverage. Thank you Ross!!

My wife and I had the same insurance agency for over 30 years. Six months ago we got a quote from Jason. He is saving us 25% on our insurance with better coverage. The amount we are saving isn't the only reason we changed agencies. I know if something happens I can reach Jason day or night and my claim will be submitted quickly. With our previous agent if something happened on the weekend I would have to wait until Monday to report it.Saving money on insurance is a good thing but a good agent is EVERYTHING. I know from other members of Bayside Referrals Jason is a GREAT agent. Personable and Professional.
