I was nervous heading in because the reviews are so awful, and then I was really annoyed when I was the 12th person in line! However, they were helping people so efficiently that I was out within 5 minutes! They were nice and there was plenty of parking.

Ugh... their customer service is probably the worst I’ve seen at a USPS office... all the customers were friendly but the staff was just rude. Cutting people off when they asked questions and offered the most expensive shipping rates first. Very unpleasant experience.

3 straight years of Certified Letters not being delivered to me and every. single. one. is either marked 'delivered' or sent back to sender.I work from home and my front door and my mailbox are right outside my window, so there is no way I would miss every damn letter for 3 yrs !!! NOBODY comes to my door with certified mail .... all they do is mark it un-deliverable and drive away. I now have to fight a contempt of court charge because of this PO's incompetence.When I went into the PO to complain and try to figure out what is going on, both the lady in front of me and behind me, were there complaining about the same thing .... packages not being delivered.

Absolutely the worst Post Office EVER. I have been in business for 46 years at the same address and unfortunately, I was assigned to their post office. They frequently forget to pick up or drop off mail and NO ONE gives a d***. Calling is a joke too. This post office is everyone's worst stereotype--and the stereotype is TRUE--lazy, incompetent, don't give a damn government workers. It's a shame they ruin the image of their colleagues.

This post office will mark Amazon packages as delivered even though there was not even an attempt of delivery. They do this to be able to meet their delivery metrics and show Amazon that they have delivered the packages on time even though they're late. This is especially true if a package from Amazon has a guaranteed delivery day on Sunday. This post office is too lazy to do the work on Sunday and will instead just mark it as delivered. I've had this happen multiple times now. The latest one being yesterday September 16, 2018.I live in an apartment complex and USPS usually deliver all packages to the front office. They never deliver to my door. I had a few packages that required a signature. Instead of going to my door and getting my signature, the carrier dropped it off at the front office as usual and marked the package as signed for by me. If a package gets lost, I have absolutely no recourse from the seller because the package was marked as signed by me. This practice of falsifying records is called fraud!

Waited 40+ minutes past my passport appt time. When I finally followed up on why we aren’t getting called, all we get told is that they’re “running behind”. Then, when she finally shows up, she accuses us of having been late when we were early and clearly talked to the supervisor to let them know we had arrived for our appt.

D post office itself is okay. It’s d mail carrier that my neighbors & I have problem with. Occasionally I receive some packages. Some time d packaging maybe too large to fit inside my mailbox. Instead of hand delivering it to my front door or leave it by my garage door, d mail carrier stuff them all in. Couple times d goods in my packages were damaged & bent. Would u plz inform ur mail carrier to drop d larger packages by d front door instead. I surely appreciate my mail doesn’t get damaged. Tx!
