Easy to locate off the A64, nice long driveway with parking. I was in the main building and this has had a renovation. No-one on reception this time I visited, as the offices are in units for different businesses. There's a sign sheet and you phone your host to come and collect you. Tv in the waiting area with a few sofas and I didn't notice drinking water or other beverage, I wasn't looking for one though. I used the stairs, not sure if there's a lift.
