Feedback:

I only dropped my wife off here, but from the outside, it seemed like a nice place.

Feedback:

Feedback:

The staff here were all very sweet and friendly, but that’s really the only reason I’m sticking to 3 stars and not lower. I went in with my mom for job hunting assistance and assistance with other resources after my partner of 7 years left me unexpectedly. The orientation went really well, aside from an unexpected conversation about abortion with one client that I feel was distracting and unnecessary, and had a slight tone of judgement. However, after the orientation and getting assistance with an interview outfit, I was signed up for an interview prep class, a resume review and several other classes and services, none of which I ever received. They repeatedly called once or twice a week to reschedule and i was told over and over again that they were sorry but they’d scheduled me on a day she wasn’t there by mistake, that she’d called off, etc etc. I gave up after almost two months and told them not to bother anymore as frankly I had no faith it would happen and I was sick of the repetitive calls everyweek.

Feedback:

A great resource for women in Colorado Springs (and surrounding areas) to find support and assistance with job placement/development. They will also help connect you to outside resources for things like housing and childcare, to better assist you in your job search.

Feedback:

They are AMAZING

Feedback:

Love the women's resource agency. They have been helpful in many ways. Just don't ask them to alter clothes. I could have done the same thing at home, but thought it was best to have a professional alter my dress pants?. One pair is now ruined(brand new torrid pants that the lining was cut out of) and the others don't look professional at all(lines sewn crooked with thread in knots on the outside).

Feedback:

I absolutely love the Women's Resource Center! They are wonderful and fantastic. I love all the services they provide to help prepare you for a career and get women feeling like rock stars ready to take on the world.

Feedback:

Orientation was very inspiring and empowering! Great place to get resources from and learn valuable skills.

Feedback:

I reached out to the Women's Resource Agency and this was the hardest thing for me to do when I never asked for help from anyone let alone an agency that is suppose to help abused women who are almost on the streets!!! I went to the orientation and then I had to wait weeks before I could even speak to anyone!!! And then when I did I spent 2 hours there with my advocate and for whatever reason I had another appointment with her and she left after like a week. I got along with her so good and she was so upbeat. I called for something else and needed desparate help getting out of the situation I am trapped in and thought they would help. And they mostly have ones who are answering the phones that can't handle the situations or a terrified abused woman on the other end of the phone. I was told I couldn't get help because of my husband creating a business and I am linked to it. But the business is basically bancrupt so I have no money or own any assets. So I asked to speak to my advocate about this and that is when they told me she was no longer there. I was to have another appt. with my advocate and I called them to find out what to do because my advocate is no longer there and they told me because I got upset on the phone like a couple of weeks ago because no one was helping me with anything that I need help getting out before I am on the streets and I am a senior woman too. But they never called me to tell me that my appt. hadn't been cancelled. Found out when I called to see what was going to be done since my advocate left. So if I would have just assumed to go in to my appointment with my advocate I would have been so shamed in front of others...WRONG WRONG when you are already feeling low, less, and terrified. Been abused since birth and never knew the difference till I realized on my own after so much abuse, loss, and grief pushed me back to who I should have been without any abuse. I have been abused, lied too, thrown away, and worse since the day that God put me on this Earth!! The system in my opinion doesn't work for maybe a few!!! But there are so many of us out there all alone like me with no family, no children, no money, and about to get evicted. But I supported and caregived all. NOW IT IS MY TIME TO SHINE, THRIVE, AND LIVE but not with the Women's Resource Agency because I even donated items to help women at the Women's Resource Agency when I could have sold the items and made some cash that is deparately needed. And you never give to receive. But I have always given and so sad I don't know how it feels to receive. But it would have been nice to at least recieve the help that I desparately so need.
