Feedback:

Very clean and friendly environment. Answered all my question very clearly. Really my granddaughter really enjoyed her visit for the first time. We'll continue to keep my membership. Ty YMCA WOODFIN FACILITY!!!

Feedback:

They have a variety of exercise classes that are included in your membership. You can take Tai Chi, yoga, and various kinds of exercise classes. It also has the usual variety of machines and weight equipment.

Feedback:

My first visit to the Woodfin Y, great facility and friendly folks!

Feedback:

The people at the YMCA Woodfin were wonderful But the customer service at the business center was horrible. Hanging up on a person is not conducting good business, and I will tell anyone that asks me about it to take their business elsewhere.

Feedback:

Super clean workout area , great staff , good hours of operation. Locker room -typical Y set up.

Feedback:

I am surprised at the cost with no pool! I am a senior and really would like a gym close to home but $47.00 a month seems a bit much.

Feedback:

The poor rating is for how unhealthy the showers and locker rooms are and for the lack of response from requests over a two-year period to clean the mold and algae in the showers - specifically the handles. It is extremely unsanitary and something 10 minutes and some bleach could remedy nicely, but if the Y won't clean the shower knobs after 2 years of asking, imagine what else is lurking in there? At times brown goo gurgles up from the drains that smells like sewage. If you mention it on your way out to an employee you get the "yeah, uh-huh, ok..." response. The floors are routinely dirty - apparently they only clean every other day because the same dust bunnies will be in the locker room two days in room. Finally, it is rare to get in and out of the locker rooms without a confrontation between people who think it's their right to have a cell phone with a camera out while people are changing clothes. The Y has FLATLY REFUSED over the years to address the issue of privacy in the showers & locker rooms, which is totally irresponsible management, given how heated and how often these confrontations occur. If it were not for the privacy and unhealthy conditions of the locker rooms, it would be 4 stars because the equipment and classes are pretty good. Although the Woodfin Y has lost its two best yoga teachers, the remaining classes are still good. C'mon, clean the dang bathrooms and get rid of the mold and algae. Two years? Seriously? You guys can't spring for a gallon of bleach, a pair of gloves and a scrub brush over two years? That's pathetic.

Feedback:

I love it here this YMCA is the best one!! the staff here is a lot nicer anyway!! an it's a lot cleaner!

Feedback:

The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Feedback:

Worst experience at a Y ever. The man at the front desk was giving us a hard time about our group passes and the guy in the workout space would not stop bugging us about the cardio board. We signed up, you handed me the marker. Stop talking to me.
