The most incompetent people I’ve EVER had to deal with. First they tell me they have my title, then after filling out an application, getting it notarized and sending them 80$ they call me and tell me they don’t have it, that it’s in Wisconsin. Wisconsin has me go through the process of getting my lean release letters, an application then tells me we don’t have it, WA does.....I call WA, they say they don’t have it, then oh oops I guess we do. They want me to Resend them everything because we are basically losers who don’t save anything.....all the while my plates are expired. I’m so over incompetent people!!

Went here on a Saturday early and the room is packed with people. My advice if going here Saturday: go there late since when I left around 10 AM there’s not much people.
